Before Shipping:We accept order cancellations for a full refund at any time prior to production or shipment.
After Shipping:Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
2. Returns (30-Day Guarantee)
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility:Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase:A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Customer Responsibility:If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Fees vary by carrier.
Our Responsibility:If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Mangoyapillow STORE will cover all return shipping expenses.
No Restocking Fees:We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
